UAE Visa Requirement |
Citizens from the following
countries do not require a visa prior to
arrival:
Gulf Cooperation Countries, France, Italy,
Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg,
Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark,
Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Cyprus, Finland,
Malta, Spain, Monaco, Vatican, Iceland, Andorra,
San Marino, Liechtenstein, United States,
Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei,
Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
For all others, you must download the visa
application form for the hotel you selected and
return the completed form directly to the hotel.
Only your hotel can issue a visa. Allow 10 days
for processing. Most hotels also offer a rush
visa service (3-4 days) for an additional fee. |
Security |
| Name badges must be worn at all times toaccess the conference center.
NO EXCEPTIONS. Entry to workshops’ area is restricted to delegates with special name badges. |
Cancellations &
Refunds |
| Cancellations must be
received in writing by April 1, 2009. For
cancellations received after that date, a $150
processing fee will be withheld from your
refund. No refunds will be granted after May
15th. |
